Tuesday was Valentines Day, and here in Japan, things are done a little differently.

This year, I’m not going for all of this white day nonsense, so off I went to the shops on Monday night after work to get some chocolate.
I got some strange looks, as I was surrounded by women by chocolate. They probably thought I was a strange gay foreigner :) :)

Mind you, I don’t care what they think, because I was a very popular chap the next morning when I suprised Yuko with her gifts (mind you, being Japanese, she afterwards felt bad about it, and proceeded to buy more chocolate for me). So, at the moment, we have a fridge full of expensive chocolate. Life’s hard sometimes :)
