I will clip your hair for you, Gavin!
When Gavin lived in Bath, he had haircut in a barber. It was No.2 length. When he was in Japan, he had haircut in a hairdresser which I went to. He ordered “short length, please”. When he was in Australia, he couldn’t wait for 3 months without haircut so he had haircut once there. There was No.2 length as well.
This Christmas, I gave a clipper to him. “I will clip your hair for you!” I tried clipping… I was nervous at first but interesting! Now, you’d better to have No.0, Gavin…
GavinはBathにいる頃は駅前の床屋さんで刈ってもらってた。”No.2”という、長さだった。日本では、わしの行っていた美容室で刈ってもらっていた。「短めにお願いします」と言っていた。オーストラリアでも３ヶ月には耐えられず、一度床屋さんへ行っていた。ここでもNo.2が通用したらしい。
そして、今年のクリスマスにわしはGavinにバリカンをプレゼントした。わしが刈ってあげます！早速、刈ってみた。最初はおっかなびっくりだったけど、なかなか楽しいじゃないの。でも、これからはNo.0じゃないと、駄目だね。(番号が小さい程、短くなる)
