Little Ippoippo

This is a little expensive but there is a good atmosphere and good dishes for a Japanese pub style.
I always order “Gin-nan(Ginkgo nuts)”. I recommend “Kani-Salad(Crab Salad)”. When you see it, you might think “What’s that? I ordered Salad…”
You must have “Takana-Onigiri(Rice ball in pickled vegetable)” or “Tai-Chaduke(Snapper soupy rice)” last, to finish your meal. (Tai-chaduke may not be regular menu)
I don’t know about Sake much, Gavin neither. But when we went with my dad he knows about Sake so he talked with a waiter. A waiter served special Sake for him… You should go there with a Sake Expert!

ちょっと値が張るけれど、雰囲気もいい、つまみもうまい創作居酒屋です。
わしは銀杏を必ず頼みます。カニサラダ、頼んでみてください。「へ？サラダ、頼んだんだけど・・・」と思わされる一品です。
〆は高菜にぎり飯か鯛茶漬け(鯛茶はレギュラーでないかも)。
わしはあまり日本酒のこと解らないし、Gavinも話にならないので、おとんを連れて行くと店員さんと話が広がってメニューにない酒が出て来たりして・・・さけの解るおやじは連れて行った方が吉！？

I went there the first time with ex-colleagues, then I went again with my brother and sister…
The waitress said “You came here before, didn’t you?” so I became a regular there for about 10 years. If I want Korean BBQ, it must be there! It’s changed name and place, but the taste and kindness has not!
I recommend “Negi-salad(Leek Salad)” with BBQ meat. It’s a good combination. Also “Ninjin-pikata(Ginseng-Tempura)” that tastes like Parsnips tempura. Gavin always ordered it. It goes well with honey or salt, a very simple taste.
“Ishiyaki-pipimba(Korean fried rice? Food in hot stone bowl, you mix these then eat)” really must be eaten at the end of dinner!
There are many Korean alcoholic drinks so if you don’t know what to drink, why not ask waiters or waitress!
You’d better get an appointment before you go, as it can be busy.

初めて行ったのは会社の同僚とでした。２度目に兄弟で行き「前にも来てくれたでしょ？」と、お付き合いが始まり、あれから約１０年。焼肉はやっぱりここです。お店の場所も名前も変わったりしたけれど、おいしさとお姉さん、お兄さんの優しさは変わりません！
ネギサラダセットと一緒にお肉を食べるのがいいんです。ネギサラダセットは焼肉とともに頼みましょう。そして、人参ピカタ。高麗人参の天ぷらなんですけど、Gavinは高麗人参がパースニプスに似ていると、行く度に絶対にオーダーする品。ハチミツ、若しくは塩でシンプルに。
石焼ビビンパ！？言うまでもなく、〆で決まりです！
その他、韓国のお酒もいろいろあっていいです。解らない時はお兄さんに聞きましょう！
混んでいることが多いので、予約した方が無難です。

It’s our favourite Italian restaurant!
We miss there a lot. There are really tasty dishes, a good atmosphere and it’s enjoyable to talk with waitresses.
I love “aqua pazza” with “plain pizza”. I also recommend “Jikasei-bacon Salad(Homemade bacon salad)” that is a salad but with chunks of meat. It seems like a main dish.
I loved more than these examples, but some dishes are not available for now so I won’t tell you about them. Anyway all dishes are fantastic! There is entertainment as well, with solo piano and other live events.

わしとギャビンの一番と言っても過言ではない、イタリア料理の店。行けなくて寂しい店、No.1です。料理がおいしいのは勿論のこと、店の雰囲気もいいんです。そして、店員さんとお話しするのも楽しみの一つ。わしはアクアパッツァのソースにプレーン・ピザを付けて食べるのが大好き！そして自家製ベーコンのサラダ。肉好きにはたまらない、サラダと呼ぶがベーコンがメインの様なサラダです。それ以上にお気に入りのメニューがあるんだけど、今はメニューにないみたいなので、ここで公表するのは控えますが・・・でも、何食べてもおいしい！！そして、ピアノライブなどのエンタメもあるのでいいですよ。

After dinner, you can drink beer in pub next door! You can enjoy pool. There are a lot of Aussies watching AFL on screens at the weekend.
You can eat kangaroo at the restaurant. It’s good. The Pub food is also good! The menu matches dishes with the local beers. Why don’t you try it?

レストランで食事が終わったら、併設されているパブで飲み直しも可能！友達とプールを楽しんだり、スクリーンでAFLを観戦するOZで週末のパブはとっても混んでいます。
レストランではカンガルー肉がリーズナブルで食べられます。勿論、おいしいです。パブフードも侮る事なかれ！ビールもいろいろな種類があって、各ビール毎にお薦めフードがメニューに書かれているので試してみてはどうでしょう？
